As a service, I head up collaborative sessions pulled from diverse role-players in a company to get the creative juices flowing. By applying a range of SIT strategies in the session we collaboratively explore in-house solutions for any stumble-blocks or avenues that can facilitate potential business innovation regarding a company’s services or workflows.

When creativity is viewed as problem solving rather than associating it with artistry, then its application becomes more relevant to the everyday context of business and its potential to innovate processes, systems or products. The people in the know are often those on the ground and constitute an invaluable resource that can be tapped for ideas that could affect a company’s bottom line. Promoting creativity and collaboration within a diverse environment can be difficult. In this workshop context an open space is created that facilitates team cohesion, collaboration and problem solving through a variety of activities that explores creativity, its meaning to the individual and how it can be applied in the workplace.

I am well versed in the education and training environment having managed leadership roles in both these industry sectors. As an experienced education and learning project coordinator and developer, I can assist with the following services:

Curriculum Development: I can design and develop curriculums that are aligned with learning objectives. This includes creating course outlines, developing learning materials and ensuring that the curriculum meets learner needs.
MASTERCLASSES, PUBLIC SPEAKING & GUEST LECTURING
I have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, classes and presentations in a corporate environment or skills development setting, as well as providing masterclasses or guest and part-time lecturing at tertiary institutions. Creative application within the contexts of gaming, animation, visual arts and design is my strong point, ranging from subjects like storytelling, storyboarding, branding and crafting brand identities, illustration, drawing, advertising, pre-production, marketing and distribution and any of the theoretical underpinnings that support these disciplines.

design, illustration & motion
I entered the commercial side of the creative media industry through the creation of comics and graphic novels, leaving me skilled in the art of design, illustration, storytelling and motion, whether applied in the context of branding, advertising, publishing or any other form of digital media. artist’s commissions
Painting and drawing will always remain my first love. I especially enjoy creating large scale works in acrylic, but when it comes to art, bigger does not mean better and often the most poignant works are small creations that engender a form of intimacy with the viewer.
